Pacific Gas & Electric Co. had recently inspected tree and found nothing wrong. Many trees rotten inside "seem" to look ok from the outside. Although, I personally see the signs and cannot understand how professionals could not detect them.
My guess is that very very soon, it will not be possible to name them (people who will be killed by falling trees and wildfires and floods and heath and more)one by one. It will be more like: Thousands missing. It is already like this in other countries and coming soon to a theater near you.
