Wasn't I Just Saying...

...that the snowdrops were miniscule? Well this morning my elation to see the crocus emerge was tempered by the obviously diminutive size, and pale color. Does this mean apples, presuming we get any at all, will be half their normal size?
What does that portend for food supplies in general? Oh well, the pussywillows are out too, and here they are against an impossibly deep blue sky.

Yesterday even though it is only the beginning of March, people who were outside in the sun for the afternoon were scrambling for sunscreen, which is crazy. I think more UV radiation is getting through the atmosphere. Just my opinion.
