What's the Use?

Source
The late Sherwood Rowland, Nobel Laureate, said upon accepting the prize:

"What's the use of having developed a science well enough to make predictions if, in the end, all we're willing to do is stand around and wait for them to come true?"

This is a question I would like to ask every scientist who is doing research that proves tropospheric ozone is damaging trees and crops.  They prove it over and over again!  Of course, the same could be said for climate.

This interview with David Wasdell dates from 2007.  He explained back then, in the most genial and pleasant fashion, that climate predictions forged through political consensus in the IPCC process weren't nearly as dangerous as reality - and that it was urgent that we stop emitting greenhouse gases before tipping points put earth on track for runaway warming.  Oops!

  1. David Wasdell heads the Illuminati propaganda program to con the world into CO2 based global warming.

    He's a sweet-talking ******* IMHO.

    "Accelerating acceleration" he said.

"Position is where something is at.
Velocity is the change of position with respect to time.
Acceleration is the change of velocity with respect to time.
Jerk is the change of acceleration with respect to time.
Snap is the change of jerk with respect to time."

We are in for some snappy jerks in the near future.

  4. O lord, there's more!
Crackle is the 5th derivative and Pop is the 6th.

    Position
    Velocity
    Acceleration
    Jerk
    Snap
    Crackle
    Pop

As each major positive climate forcing comes into play, the hockey stick blade gets closer to pointing straight up.
