Here is a
valuable survey of studies of ozone impacts on trees (thanks to
Millard Filmore's Bathtub!). It's from 1987, and why this should still be an issue that is under the radar mystifies me. In the context of the descriptions of yellowing, falling needles indicating ozone damage, the following video is hysterically funny. Count how many times the narrater frantically assures the potential customer, er rather, viewer, that the yellowing, falling needles are normal, and
nothing to worry about!
